It is based on the principle that the spirit and emotions are of equal importance to the mind and body.

Emotional therapeutic counselling, is different from traditional counselling. It promotes healing by working through feelings, rather than simply using the mind to analyse symptoms.

If you’re feeling down or stuck in repeating patterns of negative behaviour, this type of counselling has the potential to transform your life, because it promotes emotional wellbeing.

Emotions can be scary and overwhelming, and their importance is often underestimated. They are powerful indicators of where wounds can be found and what needs to be healed. And while we often keep uncomfortable emotions at a distance through fear of being overwhelmed by them, we should never feel ashamed of them or attempt to ignore them.

How can emotional therapeutic counselling help?
